Your privacy matters.

When you send a date request, Sublime Snippets stores the contact details, session or event details, and message you provide so Jerry can review your request, respond, and arrange your booking.

What the form collects

Your name, email address, requested service and package, preferred date and time, and city or venue are required. A phone number, guest estimate, and additional notes are optional. Please do not include payment card details, identification documents, or other sensitive information in your message.

Video inquiries

Video inquiries store your contact information, project type, preferred date if provided, location, coverage time, camera and gear preferences, requested formats and deliverables, optional budget, and creative brief. A hashed network identifier helps limit automated submissions. Your inquiry is saved in the private studio inbox and used to send a receipt and studio notification. Video dates, availability, prices, payment terms, and deliverables are agreed directly with the studio before booking.

How your request is used

Your details are used to discuss availability, prepare a quote, and communicate about your requested service. The request is saved in a private studio inbox. Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing mailing list or reserve a date.

Google Calendar appointments

The 60-minute photography booking link opens Google Calendar. Details you submit there are handled by Google and shared with Jerry to manage your appointment. Those appointments are managed in Google Calendar; the website’s separate date-request form saves requests in the studio inbox. When the studio calendar connection is enabled, the website checks busy times before checkout and sends paid booking details (name, contact information, package, date, time, and location) to the private studio calendar.

Online payments and private booking links

When online checkout is available, Stripe processes your payment details. Sublime Snippets stores the payment reference, amount, currency, and payment status with your request; the website does not store your full card number. Keep your private booking link safe: anyone with the full link can view its booking details and payment status. Payment does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Print orders and uploaded images

Print orders store the image selection, size, frame, quantity, contact details, pickup notes, itemized quote, and payment status. Uploaded originals are kept privately for studio review and print production. Order pages use private access links; keep them safe. Contact the studio to correct your order or discuss image deletion.

Newsletter and welcome offer

Newsletter signup is optional and separate from booking or payment. With your consent, we store your email, signup and consent dates, subscription status, and welcome-offer usage. A hashed network identifier helps limit automated signups. We use the list for Sublime Snippets news and offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or by contacting the studio. Unsubscribing does not affect order updates or an unused earned welcome offer.

The SUBLIME10 welcome code gives a first-time newsletter subscriber 10% off one catalog order or full photography session, using the signup email. Photo booth packages are excluded. It applies to the subtotal before tax and cannot be combined with another offer. Booking deposits are calculated after the discount. Previous online payments and offer redemptions are checked by email; the studio also reviews eligibility before approving a quote. The site remembers newsletter dismissal on your device so the popup does not interrupt every visit.

External links

Instagram and other linked websites have their own privacy practices. Studio sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication; clients do not need a studio account to submit a request once the site is publicly available.
